This 3-days retreatprogram at Venwoude (Lage Vuursche) is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the foundational aspects of integrative living while learning how to merge sanctity and daily activity within a community whose members share a common interest and language; an ayllu, a spiritual family based in trust and the manifestation of loving Presence. The program take place from 21 - 23 oktober and is facilitated by Andean paqo, Andean spiritual teacher Jeffrey Wium. JEFFREY WIUM is a K’anchaq Allkureq in the Andean Willaq-Umakuna lineage. His studies, spiritual apprenticeships and professional life have taken him across five continents and multiple traditions, Jeffrey is currently teaching the principles of cognitive spirituality, heart wisdom and sacred living to western audiences via lectures, consultations, retreat programs, ceremony and holy pilgrimages.

 At the culmination of every path, every tradition, one comes to know that all are One – each moment an opportunity to rise above predation and empty oneself to Fullness. As one settles into this vast seeming silence, all is revealed. And when one brings this ecstatic Essence to each engagement, one is never alone, never seeking or ever in need. Truth then moves through you humbly, purely, truly, eternally, and the Divine and you begin to move as one. You, a spark of That, so that you are always attentive before It, letting It faithfully yet somewhat mysteriously teach you, realize you – cherish you.

The offspring of modern culture search for such transcendence, but more often than not, we find ourselves forlorn in an era of great separation because we have been trained to seek satisfaction in proof and possession: physical, mental, emotional and even in each other. Many pursuits of knowledge and healing in and of themselves have become distractions and reinforcements of dualistic paradigms; trying to get somewhere ‘better’, to leave something behind. As Saint Augustine articulated, “You were within me, yet I had gone outside to seek You. Unlovely myself, I rushed toward all those lovely things You had made. And always You were with me, I was not with You. All these beauties kept me far from You – although they would not have existed at all unless they had their being in You.”

The truth of our origin, our very nature lies in our inter-dependence and innate divinity. The mystics, the Holy people of all the world’s traditions know that devotion to the Source, the I AM consciousness and forgiveness are the most profound vessels of realization. It is not important whether holiness manifests itself dressed in robes, a business suit, uniform or workman’s coveralls. Rather, it is important how sacredness is embodied and brought into this world through one’s daily thoughts and movements.

This timely gathering offers an intensive journey into the cosmology, the composition of illumination – Holiness. Interactive discussions and processes take participants into the personal and inter-personal realms of non-sexual intimacy and transcendental ecstasy to embrace its inherent safety and its joy; to understand a way beyond predation of ourselves and others as well as participate in authentic movement, guided meditation and a healing ceremony at the celestial level of our mind/body/spirit – the instrument, the extension of the Great Mystery.
